Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sessionmail. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Sessionmail lets you compose marketing emails from your usesession.com booking links and send them through email service providers you connect to your account. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with usesession.com, Mailchimp, Brevo, or Constant Contact.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share credentials. Don't use Sessionmail to send spam, illegal content, or material that infringes others' rights.

Connected ESP accounts

Sessionmail acts on your behalf in your connected Mailchimp, Brevo, or Constant Contact account. You must comply with that ESP's terms and applicable anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc). Sessionmail is not responsible for emails you choose to send.

Subscription & trial

New accounts include a 2-day free trial. After the trial, your card is charged $10/month. You can cancel any time from your billing page; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Acceptable use

• No spam, phishing, malware, or unsolicited commercial email.
• No content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates privacy or IP rights.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract our source code.
• No automated load that disrupts the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Service availability

We work hard on uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and outages of upstream services (ESPs, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel) may affect Sessionmail.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sessionmail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; if changes are material we'll notify you by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
